Online Stores
Iinside My Head is a small business that focusses on self help and queer pride. There are pronoun pins, communication hoodies & cards, cute stickers and care packages.
Dissociation Info (who's Instagram you can find in the Interesting Articles section) is a system runs an Etsy store that provides guides to DID/OSDD, system journals, grounding & medical cards, stickers, clothing and artworks.
Books
The Girl in the Green Dress is an autobiography from an Australian called Jeni Haynes about her life and DID. Under the link for her book, I have also included a few video interviews Jeni has been part of. Please bare in mind this book and videos deal with heavy topics of abuse, and might not be suitable for a younger (under 18) audience.
Dissociation Made Simple is written by Dr Jamie Marich and is a guide to dissociation and incorporates the work, words and voices of many individuals with lived experience

We use a variety of different social media platforms. Our activity on all fluctuates with out capacity as a disabled individual. Please keep in mind, that although we share information about ourselves and our journey on Instagram and YouTube, we keep our Tik Tok relatively "de-identified" for safety because that is a hellscape of a platform.
